What we do
Four kinds of roof work
Each page says when you need it, what goes on the roof and how the job runs.
Storm inspection
A written look at the whole roof, with photos, after wind or hail. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
After a stormRepairs and leaks
Flashing, missing shingles, a soft spot and the tarp, from the repair truck.
RepairsReplacement
Tear-off, a look at the deck, underlayment, shingle or metal, and a clean yard.
ReplacementAttic and ventilation check
Airflow, insulation and stains under the deck, written down with photos. Poor airflow shortens a roof's life.
How an estimate works
Before you call
How long does a replacement take?
Most houses take one to three days. A big, steep or complicated roof takes longer, and winter weather can stretch it. We give you the schedule in writing before we start.
Do I need a permit?
Almost always for a full replacement. We pull it and the cost is on the estimate. For a small repair you usually don't need one.
What are the signs I need a new roof?
Curling or missing shingles, a lot of granules in the gutters, daylight or stains in the attic, damaged flashing, a sag in the deck, and age near the end of the shingle's life.
Not sure which one you need?
Tell us what you see. If a repair will do, we'll say so.
